Homemade Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 Russet Potatoes
- ¾ Cup Half and Half
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
Seasoning Mixture
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.
- While water is heating, peel potatoes and cut into evenly sized chunks (about a bite sized cube).
- Rinse the potatoes in a colander under cold water.
- Cook the potatoes in the water until fork tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add the butter and milk to the pot. Mash until desired consistency.
- All the seasoning mixture and garlic, adjust to taste.
